Limitless Parent Coaching Program

The Connection First: Limitless Parent Coaching Program gives you three months of personal, connection-first support through the sleep struggles, feeding questions, big feelings, milestone worries, transitions, and everyday moments that leave you second-guessing yourself.

As an occupational therapist, I’ll help you look beneath the behavior and consider the full picture (including development, sensory needs, regulation, communication, movement, routines, and your family’s everyday life).

But remember, this is support for you, the parent. We’ll figure out how you can support the child in front of you in ways that feel realistic for your family.

Your Three Months of Support Include:

  • Biweekly private coaching calls to talk through what’s happening and decide what to focus on next
  • Voxer access so your OT mom friend is just a voice note or text away when real-life questions come up
  • A personalized parent plan with realistic next steps for your family
  • The Connection First Mini Course to help you understand behavior, co-regulation, boundaries, and connection
  • OT-informed milestone tools and resources selected for your child’s age and your current concerns
  • Access to the Limitless Resource Library and Ask the OT Mom chat tool

You won’t be handed a generic script or another long list of things to do. You’ll have someone helping you understand what’s happening, decide what to try next, and adjust along the way.

Parenting isn’t just about getting through the hard moments. I want to help you feel supported enough to enjoy the really good ones, too.

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Limitless Potential LLC (“Limitless Potential,” “Coach,” “I,” or “me”) and the enrolling parent or legal guardian (“Client,” “you,” or “your”).

By purchasing or participating in the Limitless Parent Coaching Program (“Program”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, as well as the Limitless Potential Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Program Overview

The Limitless Parent Coaching Program is a three-month, parent-focused educational coaching experience for parents and legal guardians of babies and toddlers.

The Program is designed to help you better understand your child’s development, behavior, sensory and emotional needs, routines, and everyday experiences so you can feel more confident supporting them at home.

The Program may include:

  • Biweekly private, 60-minute virtual coaching sessions

  • Monday–Friday Voxer messaging support

  • A personalized parent plan and written recommendations

  • The Connection First Mini Course

  • Developmental and milestone resources

  • Access to the Limitless Resource Library

  • Access to the Ask the OT Mom chat tool

  • Other educational resources selected according to your family’s needs

Program features may be delivered through Zoom, Voxer, Kajabi, email, or another agreed-upon platform.

2. Parent Coaching—Not Occupational Therapy

The Program is an educational parent-coaching service. Although I am a licensed occupational therapist and draw from my professional education and experience, I am participating in this Program as a parent coach, not as your child’s treating occupational therapist.

Participation does not create an occupational therapist-client or healthcare provider-patient relationship between me and your child.

The Program does not include:

  • Occupational therapy evaluation or treatment

  • Standardized or formal developmental assessments

  • Diagnoses

  • Medical advice

  • Mental health treatment

  • Individualized healthcare treatment plans

  • Emergency or crisis services

Any information or strategies discussed may be personalized according to what you share, but they remain educational coaching and are not clinical recommendations or a substitute for care from your child’s pediatrician, occupational therapist, mental health provider, or another qualified professional.

3. Eligibility and Parental Authority

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have the legal authority necessary to make decisions concerning the child discussed during coaching.

You agree to provide accurate and relevant information about your child, family, routines, concerns, and circumstances. Coaching guidance is based largely on the information you choose to share, and incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the usefulness of that guidance.

4. Coaching Term

The Program lasts three months beginning on the mutually agreed-upon start date.

All coaching sessions and Program support must be used during this three-month period unless we agree otherwise in writing. Unused sessions, resources, or messaging access do not roll over, carry a cash value, or extend beyond the Program term.

Any continued support after the three-month term requires a separate agreement or enrollment option.

5. Private Coaching Sessions

Private coaching sessions are generally scheduled every other week and last approximately 60 minutes.

You are responsible for scheduling and attending your sessions. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered used and may not be rescheduled. I understand that illness and unexpected situations happen, particularly with young children, and reasonable exceptions may be made at my discretion.

If I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will not lose that session.

Arriving late does not automatically extend the scheduled ending time.

6. Voxer Messaging Support

Voxer support is available Monday through Friday during the three-month Program term.

You may send text or voice messages when questions, concerns, or real-life parenting situations arise. Messaging is intended for reasonable coaching support connected to the goals and topics addressed through the Program.

Messages are not monitored continuously, and a response is not guaranteed immediately. I will generally respond within one business day during established support hours. Messages sent during evenings, weekends, holidays, vacations, illness, or scheduled time away may be answered on the next available business day.

Voxer may not be used for:

  • Emergencies or urgent safety concerns

  • Medical concerns requiring prompt attention

  • Crisis support

  • Formal evaluations or diagnoses

  • Unlimited daily conversations unrelated to the Program

  • Harassing, threatening, abusive, or inappropriate communication

If a question is too complex to address responsibly through messaging, I may recommend discussing it during a scheduled session or contacting an appropriate healthcare provider.

Voxer support will be provided through a one-to-one Private Chat with one designated parent or legal guardian. Private Chats use end-to-end encryption. For privacy and security, coaching support will not be provided through Voxer group chats or regular, non-private chats.

7. Emergencies and Additional Services

The Program is not appropriate for emergencies, urgent medical concerns, or situations involving an immediate risk of harm.

For an emergency, call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency service. For medical or developmental concerns requiring clinical attention, contact your child’s pediatrician or another qualified provider.

If I believe your child or family may benefit from an occupational therapy evaluation, medical assessment, mental health support, or another professional service, I may recommend that you seek additional care.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and when to obtain those services.

8. Client Responsibilities

By participating, you agree to:

  • Attend scheduled coaching sessions or provide appropriate notice

  • Communicate respectfully and honestly

  • Use the Program and messaging access reasonably

  • Ask questions when information is unclear

  • Make your own informed decisions about your child and family

  • Seek medical, developmental, mental health, or emergency care when appropriate

  • Use Program materials only for your personal and household use

  • Maintain reasonable privacy when participating in virtual sessions

You understand that coaching is collaborative. I may provide education, questions, ideas, and possible strategies, but you decide what is appropriate to implement within your family.

9. Fees and Payment

The total Program price and any available payment-plan options will be clearly displayed at checkout.

By enrolling, you authorize Limitless Potential or its payment processor to charge the selected payment method according to the payment option you choose.

If you select a payment plan, you remain responsible for all scheduled payments for the full Program price, even if you stop participating, do not schedule your sessions, or choose not to use the included resources.

A payment plan divides the total Program fee into installments; it is not a month-to-month membership that may be canceled at any time.

If a payment fails, Program access, coaching sessions, and messaging support may be paused until the account is brought current. You remain responsible for updating your payment information and completing any outstanding payments.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because the Program reserves private coaching availability and provides immediate access to digital materials and support, all payments are nonrefundable once the Program begins or digital access is provided, except where otherwise required by law.

Choosing not to participate, failing to schedule or attend sessions, not using Voxer support, or deciding that the Program is no longer needed does not create a right to a refund or release you from an agreed payment plan.

If Limitless Potential ends the Program without cause and cannot provide the remaining services, any refund or credit will be determined based on the portion of services not yet delivered.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. No Guaranteed Results

Every child, parent, and family is different. Results depend on many factors, including individual circumstances, participation, consistency, communication, and implementation.

I do not guarantee any particular developmental, behavioral, emotional, feeding, sleep, parenting, relationship, or family outcome.

Testimonials, examples, and descriptions of possible benefits represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as promises that you will receive the same result.

12. Privacy and Confidentiality

I will make reasonable efforts to protect the personal information you share, consistent with the Limitless Potential Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

You understand that Zoom, Voxer, Kajabi, email, payment processors, and other online services are third-party platforms. While reasonable precautions may be used, electronic communication carries privacy and security risks, and complete confidentiality cannot be guaranteed.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive medical records, financial information, Social Security numbers, or other information that is unnecessary for coaching.

Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, or a legal duty to report or respond to a serious safety concern.

13. Session Recordings

You may not record, photograph, screenshot, copy, publish, or distribute coaching sessions, Voxer communications, course lessons, or other private Program communications without my prior written permission.

I will not record a private coaching session without informing you and receiving your permission.

14. Intellectual Property

All Program content—including videos, lessons, frameworks, worksheets, milestone resources, written plans, guides, graphics, downloads, chat tools, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Limitless Potential and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Enrollment gives you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use these materials within your own household.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, share, teach, publish, upload, distribute, modify for commercial use, or provide your Program access to another person without written permission.

15. Ask the OT Mom Chat Tool

The Ask the OT Mom chat tool provides automated educational information and is not monitored in real time by me.

Its responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your child’s specific circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing any response before acting on it and for bringing important questions to me or an appropriate healthcare provider.

The chat tool is not a replacement for coaching sessions, medical care, evaluation, diagnosis, therapy, or emergency assistance.

16. Right to End or Pause Coaching

I may pause or end coaching if:

  • The Program is no longer appropriate for your needs

  • A concern requires clinical, medical, mental health, or emergency support

  • Payments remain overdue

  • Communication becomes abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or excessive

  • You misuse Program materials or access

  • Continuing the coaching relationship would be unsafe, unethical, or outside my professional scope

When appropriate, I may suggest that you contact another professional or service. Ending coaching because of Client conduct, nonpayment, or a concern outside the Program’s scope does not automatically create a right to a refund.

17. Limitation of Responsibility

You remain responsible for all parenting, healthcare, safety, and family decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Limitless Potential LLC and Logan Tunge are not responsible for losses, injuries, damages, or claims resulting from:

  • Decisions you make based on Program information

  • Failure to seek appropriate professional or emergency care

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information you provide

  • Your use or misuse of Program strategies or materials

  • Interruptions, security issues, or failures involving third-party technology platforms

Nothing in this Agreement excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

18. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a legal claim, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern through direct written communication.

19. Relationship to Other Policies

The Limitless Potential Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If a Program-specific provision in this Agreement conflicts with a general provision in the Terms and Conditions, this Agreement will control regarding participation in the Limitless Parent Coaching Program.

20. Changes to This Agreement

The version accepted at the time of enrollment will govern your purchase and Program participation.

Any material change affecting the services you already purchased will be communicated to you and will not retroactively reduce the core services promised at enrollment without your agreement.

21. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

22. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Limitless Potential Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, checkout information, and any written Program-specific terms, contains the complete agreement between the parties regarding the Program.

Changes or exceptions must be agreed to in writing.

23. Electronic Acceptance

By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Agreement

  • You have had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling

  • You understand that this is parent coaching and not occupational therapy or medical care

  • You agree to the payment and refund terms

  • You consent to receive the Program and related communications electronically

  • You voluntarily agree to participate

Your electronic acceptance has the same effect as your written signature.
