Welcome to Limitless Potential LLC (“Limitless Potential,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, digital products, educational resources, coaching services, and other products or services offered by Limitless Potential.
By accessing our website, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in coaching, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website, products, or services.
1. Educational Purpose
The information, resources, products, and content provided by Limitless Potential are intended for educational and informational purposes.
Our content is designed to help parents and caregivers better understand child development, behavior, sensory processing, emotional regulation, routines, sleep, feeding, potty learning, play, and related parenting topics.
Information provided through our website, social media, emails, digital resources, courses, or other educational materials is not intended to replace individualized medical advice, diagnosis, mental health treatment, occupational therapy evaluation or treatment, or recommendations from your child's healthcare providers.
Always seek appropriate professional care when you have concerns regarding your child's health, safety, development, or well-being.
2. Coaching Services
Limitless Potential may offer individualized parent coaching services, including Connected First™ Coaching.
Coaching is intended to provide parents and caregivers with education, support, strategies, reflection, and guidance related to parenting and child development.
Although coaching may be informed by professional knowledge and occupational therapy principles, participation in a coaching program does not establish an occupational therapist-client relationship between Limitless Potential and your child.
Coaching does not include occupational therapy evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, medical care, psychotherapy, or other healthcare services unless those services are separately and explicitly agreed upon in writing.
Recommendations provided through coaching are educational in nature and should be adapted by the parent or caregiver based on their own judgment and their child's individual circumstances.
If your child requires individualized evaluation or treatment, you may be encouraged to seek care from an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
Additional terms, expectations, communication policies, payment obligations, and program details may be included in a separate coaching agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a signed coaching agreement regarding coaching services, the coaching agreement will control for those services.
3. No Emergency Services
Limitless Potential does not provide emergency or crisis services through its website, products, email, messaging platforms, social media, or coaching programs.
Do not use Limitless Potential services or communication channels for medical emergencies, urgent health concerns, or situations involving immediate danger.
Seek appropriate emergency or medical care when necessary.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Every child and family is different.
While our resources and coaching are designed to provide useful education, support, and practical strategies, we cannot guarantee any particular developmental, behavioral, emotional, feeding, sleep, potty learning, parenting, or other outcome.
Results depend on many factors outside the control of Limitless Potential, including individual differences, family circumstances, implementation, health conditions, development, environment, and other factors.
Testimonials, examples, or experiences shared through our website or marketing materials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that another family will experience the same results.
5. Parent and Caregiver Responsibility
You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement information or strategies provided through Limitless Potential.
You understand your child and family circumstances best and are responsible for supervising your child, making parenting decisions, and determining when professional medical, developmental, mental health, or therapeutic evaluation is appropriate.
If a recommendation does not feel appropriate or safe for your child, do not implement it and seek individualized professional guidance when necessary.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content created and provided by Limitless Potential—including text, videos, graphics, frameworks, courses, guides, worksheets, checklists, downloads, presentations, coaching materials, educational resources, branding, and other original materials—is owned by or licensed to Limitless Potential and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Your purchase or participation gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own personal or household use.
You may not, without written permission:

Redistribute or publicly share purchased resources

Upload materials to shared drives, membership platforms, or resource libraries

Modify our materials for resale or commercial use

Claim our content, frameworks, or materials as your own

You are welcome to share links to publicly available Limitless Potential content and appropriately credit publicly shared educational information.
7. Digital Products
Digital products are licensed for personal use by the purchaser unless otherwise expressly stated.
Access may not be shared with friends, family members outside your household, clients, colleagues, organizations, classrooms, practices, or other individuals unless the applicable product specifically includes such permission.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe materials are being copied, distributed, shared, or used in violation of these terms.
8. Purchases and Payment
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change at any time.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing and payment information.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
For payment plans, subscriptions, coaching programs, or other ongoing services, additional payment terms may be presented at checkout or included in a separate agreement.
9. Refunds
Because digital products provide immediate access to proprietary content, digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase.
If you experience a technical issue, duplicate purchase, or other problem accessing a product, please contact us so we can assist you.
Coaching programs, subscriptions, courses, or other services may have separate cancellation and refund policies disclosed at checkout or in the applicable service agreement.
Purchasing or beginning a coaching program constitutes agreement to the refund and cancellation terms provided for that program.
10. Communication and Availability
Purchasing a product or participating in coaching does not guarantee immediate or unlimited access to Limitless Potential unless specifically included in the purchased service.
Communication methods, response expectations, office hours, session scheduling, rescheduling policies, and availability for coaching participants may be established in a separate coaching agreement or program description.
Social media comments and direct messages are not guaranteed methods of receiving individualized support.
11. Testimonials and User Content
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, photograph, story, or other content for promotional use, we will use it according to the permission provided by you.
Participation in coaching does not automatically grant Limitless Potential permission to publicly share your name, your child's name, photographs, private messages, or personally identifying information for marketing purposes.
Any identifiable client story or testimonial used for promotional purposes will require appropriate permission.
12. Third-Party Resources and Links
Limitless Potential may recommend or link to third-party products, services, professionals, websites, or resources.
These recommendations are provided for convenience or educational purposes and do not guarantee the quality, safety, availability, or suitability of a third-party product or service.
Limitless Potential is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, policies, actions, or services of third parties.
Where applicable, we may receive affiliate compensation from certain links or recommendations. Affiliate relationships will be disclosed as required.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Limitless Potential LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—our website, products, educational materials, or coaching services.
You understand that information and strategies provided by Limitless Potential must be applied using your own judgment and with consideration for your child's individual needs and safety.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
14. Website Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain access to our website, products, and digital services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party service outages, updates, or circumstances outside our control.
15. Privacy
Your use of our website, products, and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.
16. Changes to Products and Services
We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue website content, educational resources, products, program features, or services when reasonably necessary.
For active paid coaching programs or other ongoing services, material changes will be handled in accordance with the applicable service agreement.

The updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
Your continued use of our website after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute relating to these Terms & Conditions will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution provisions contained in a separate written agreement.
